Rebecca Balmir has nine years of HR experience in different industries and companies, and has had the opportunity to develop her HR skills while working with payroll, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development as well as organizational change. She has an associates and bachelors degree in business administration as well as an MBA in organizational leadership development, with a certification in HR management. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with friends and family.
